How to Survive the Strange

The first rule of Fight Club is: you do not talk about Fight Club. The first rule of our new web series How to Survive the Strange is: TALK ABOUT “HOW TO SURVIVE THE STRANGE” AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! Have you seen episode one? We have a lot of fun making the show, and we’d love it if lots of horror and comedy fans got the chance to see it. Want to help? To give you a bit of incentive, we are having our first contest. The prizes are: Fight Club (SIGNED) by the cult fiction hero Chuck Palahniuk and Locke & Key (volume one) Welcome to Lovecraft (SIGNED) by incredible suspense novelist and best-selling author Joe Hill. One winner gets both prizes!

So how do you win? There are four ways (and hence multiple chances to win):

1. Invite your Twitter friends to check out the new web series with your best 140 character pitch. In your tweet, include a link: http://howtosurvivethestrange.com (don’t shorten the link). Be sure to use #thestrange so we can find you. Heck, that only leaves you 95 characters!

2. Watch the first episode at Funny or Die and leave us a nice comment. Again, put #thestrange at the end of your comment so we know you are playing to win.

3. Invite your Facebook friends to watch the first episode by sharing the link: http://howtosurvivethestrange.com and perhaps suggesting they become fans via our How to Survive the Strange Facebook fan page! Again, put #thestrange at the end of your message so we know you are playing to win.

4. Watch How to Survive the Strange at Shortstream.tv and leave us a nice comment. Again, put #thestrange at the end of your message so we know you are playing to win.
